Call for Code is a multi-year global initiative by IBM which is a rallying cry to developers to use their skills and mastery of the latest technologies, and to create new ones, to drive positive and long-lasting change across the world with their code. The second annual Call for Code Challenge theme is natural disaster preparedness and relief in the context of community health and well-being. In this 2 teams were shortlisted from Pune and have qualified for Global Challenge which is having a prize of 200,000$. In this Amey Nerkar, Rutwik Deshmukh and Namrata More from MIT Academy of Engineering created a solution for Mental conditions of victims after disaster. IBM Watson was used for Facial Expression Recognition and Tone Analysis of the person. Depending on the outputs of the Machine Learning algorithm the mental condition of the person will be analysed. This will help to treat the patient with better efficiency. Selected team is qualified for Global Challenge where selected teams across the Globe will try to solve the problem statement and winner will be awarded 200,000$ prize
